Return & Refund Policy — Giva Trust Market

Thank you for shopping at Giva Trust Market. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may review our return policy below.


🛍️ 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:
✔️ The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
✔️ The item must be in its original packaging
✔️ You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

📌 Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.


🔄 2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at contact@givatrust.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Tell us the reason for return

We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.


📦 3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

👉 If your item arrived broken, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Send photos of the product and packaging

  • Email us at contact@givatrust.com

  • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement for return shipping cost


💰 4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
✔️ We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
✔️ If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to post the refund to your account.


🔁 5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.
